Executive Chef at The Desmond Great Valley Hotel & Conference Center since 1994. Chef Tom believes that continuing education and professional development is essential to success in his chosen field. He has devoted much time and energy to the American Culinary Federation (ACF) and the American Academy of Chefs (AAC), two of premier professional associations for culinarians. Both organizations provide mentoring and scholarship awards for members to encourage and enhance their education throughout their careers.
In 2003, The Hunt Room at The Desmond was one of just six restaurants in the nation to be awarded the American Culinary Federation's Achievement of Excellence Award.
